The ancient system of healing developed by the Chinese and has been practiced in China for thousands of years. We have been using it here in our practice in Cardiff for over 20 years. Acupuncture is one of the many skills employed alongside Osteopathy at the Cathedral Road Clinic, Cardiff as part of an integrated approach to treat pain and inflammation. Mark, Cari, and Lauren base their treatments on scientific research and clinical evidence that Acupuncture can help reduce pain. The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) currently recommends considering acupuncture for chronic lower back pain, chronic tension-type headaches and migraine.
